(1) Locker room
Sufficient locker rooms for stuff and connect with the workshop. If necessary, the locker rooms for stuffs in sanitation area and insanitation area or divide the passway for the two areas.
Personal cloth and shoes should be away the working cloth and shoes to put different places. And the working cloth should be away from the walls. Good airy condition and light in the locker room, install the UV lamp and Ozonizer generator to have a sterilization and disinfection finish.(2)Bathroom
Workshop for meat foods (including the meat can) should have bathroom connecting the workshop also to make sure all the stuff can be have a bath like ten people with 1 shower. Keep good airy condition and the material of the wall and the floor is used light color, waterproof,corrosion resisting and easy-cleaning material. The floor is antiskid and the walls should be anti-mold with good airy condition and good drainage also the cold and hot water supply.
(3)Hand washing disinfecting facility
Sufficient hand washing disinfecting facility like 10 people with 1 water tap and adds 1 tap per 20 people when stuff quantity reach 200 people. Water tap is automatic and has lotion dispenser,hot water supply, then the warm water comes out. Sufficient disinfectant containers for staff with reasonable position to use it. Hand dryer tool should not make cross-contamination, prepare the disposable towel and paper tissue. Prepare sufficient washing hands and disinfecting facility also hand dryer tools for staff usage in the production in some good place.
(4)Toilet
In order to control the sanitation management, the toilets should be placed in the locker room which connects the workshop. The windows of toilet should not be opened to the processing area. The material of walls,floors and the windows should be used light color, waterproof, anti-mold and easy-cleaning and disinfecting, corrosion resisting.
