Ventilation and lighting requirement for food production workshop

1- Workshop should have good air condition,if the nature air then the area ratio of airy area and the floor area is not smaller than 1：16. If it’s a mechanical airy condition,the air change amount should more than 3times/hour and the direction is from the sanitation area to insanitation area.       2- Workshop with nature airy condition,its area ratio of window area and the floor area is more than 1:4. The operation board illumination is not lower than 220Lux and other area’s is not lower than 540Lux. The illumination of bottle liquid should reach 1000Lux and not changing it’s processing item color. It has shield on the workshop lamp.
