Water supply and drainage facilities requirement for food production workshop

1- The water pipe should be used with stainless material and the water direction is from the sanitation area to insanitation area.                     
2- The water supply pipe with same direction and the cols water pipes should not get through on the above of the operation board in case the water drops falling on the products.        

3- In order to prevent the dirty water outside the pipe be back flow and getting the pipe,we need to install the vacuum remover.                       
4- The drainage ditch surface should be used with the smooth and waterproof material and the uneven and cracks are not allowed also with the 3% inclination to make sure the good water drainage,The direction is from the sanitation area to insanitation area. The drainage ditch should be added the movable stainless rain grate.                                       
5- There is a device which prevent the solid material into the pipe on the floor drain.         
6- The entrance of the drainage ditch should have ratproofing net in U shape or P shape or S shape etc to prevent the rats and insects escaping.
