Sanitary requirement for food production workshop

1- The workshop area should be adaptive to the production capacity with reasonable placement and good drain situation. The workshop floor should be clean without water used with anti-skid, sturdy, waterproof and corrosion resisting materials. Workshop exit, the waterspout connecting with the outsides, ventilated place,these parts should be installed with rats, flies and pest control facilities.

2- The walls,ceilings and windows should be used with nontoxic,light color,waterproof,anti-mold and easy-cleaning material which wont desquamate easily. Wall angel, ground angel and the other angels should have curves which its radius of curvatures within 3cm.

3- The operation board,conveyor belt, transporter,tools should be made with nontoxic, anti-mold, stainless and easy-cleaning & easy-disinfecting material.

4- Sufficient washing-hand & disinfecting tools and hand dryer should be provided also the automatic taps. Based on reprocessing needs, there have to be disinfecting equipment for shoes,boots and wheels. Also the locker room which connects the workshop is needed. What’s more,the bathroom connecting the workshop is necessary too.
