Workshop layout requirement for food production workshop

1- The layout should be convenient to the production chains connecting and the processing sanitation control,in case of the cross-contamination.  2-Generally, the processing is like the material→semi-finished goods→end products which from the insanitation items to sanitation items. So,the Principles of the layout should follow the production process, crossing and getting back are forbidden in the process.              
3-The segregation measures should be taken between the insanitation area and sanitation area on case of the cross-contamination and the products should be delivered by the transmission window.                                                                    

4-Placing the tools cleaning and disinfecting rooms with cleaning tank,disinfecting tank,if necessary, supply hot &cold water and the temperature of the hot water is not lower than 82℃.
